3D MODELING

Cadre Design Group specializes in 3-D modeling of all types of structures including structural steel and reinforced concrete.  At Cadre Design Group we use the latest 3-D Modeling software including Microstation, AutoDesk, SolidWorks and NavisWorks. Our 3D models are used in a variety of applications, from visual presentations to conflict identification. Cadre Design Group has an unparellel reputation of providing highly complicated models with a great degree of precision, all within budget and schedule.

CLASH DETECTION/ CONFLICT RESOLUTION

Our highly precise models are used to identify and resolve clashes. We use the latest software in identifying clashes and work with the designers to resolve prior to construction. This innovative approach allows owners and designers to minimize costly change orders while eliminating even costlier time delays.

Our models are also used during the construction phase. Being a very effective presentation tool, they are used to prepare placement drawings for reinforcement, structural steel members, conduits, drainage and imbeds. They are also used to review shop plans, locate access openings and as As-Builts.
